One time refundable deposit of RM
300 per person. (The deposit will be refunded upon
the student satisfactory checkout from dormitory).
Rental charges:
• Annual rental for triple-sharing
is RM2025 individually.
•
Annual rental for twin-sharing is RM2700 individually.
All rooms are let out on a yearly basis of which
expired date will be December 31 each year.
The refundable deposit and rental must be paid in
advance for reservation of the accommodation.
The refundable deposit is not allowed to be used
as substitution for rental payment.
Water and electricity charges are included in the
rental fees.
Rental fees must be fully paid one week in advance
before check in.
Rental is not refundable once it has been paid,
except for notification of withdrawal with in the
first
week which shall be eligible for a half refund.
Southern College reserves the right to alter the
annual rental fee if necessary.
