1. Application for Enrolment

Send in the following documents with an application fee of RM75/ USD20:

2. Confirmation of Eligibility and Application for Student Pass

The College will send admission letter to successful applicants and the applicants should fill in the "Notification of Enrolment" whether they accept or reject the offer of College.
The College will submit application to the Immigration Department for Student Pass. The student should therefore send in the following documents and payment to the College:
 
  a) Student Pass Application Form(Imm.14)
b) 4 Passport-size Colour Photographs
c) Photocopy of Passport -2 copies(all pages)
Note: International students from China-3 copies(all pages )
d) Medical Examination Record (English Version)
e) i) Registration fee
ii) International Student Administrative Fee

2.3 The College will send a copy of the Immigration approval letter to the student once the Student Pass is approved.

3. Application for Student Visa

If the student is required to obtain a visa before coming to Malaysia, kindly make such application at the nearest Malaysian Embassy/ Consulate Office.
Students who are from the Republic of China should submit the application in person at Malaysian Embassy in Beijing or Consulate Office in Guangzhou or Shanghai three months from the issued date of the Immigration approval letters.
3.3 Students from Indonesia should submit the application in person at the nearest Malaysian Embassy or Consulate Office.

4. Arrival

The College will pick up the students from KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport). Students are not allowed to leave the airport without the company of the College’s representatives.
Arrival details should be provided 10 working days before arrival.

5. Arrival in College

Once students come into Malaysia, should report and give the passport to the International Office during office hours within 14 days. The International Office will then submit student's passport to the State Immigration Department for endorsement of the Student Pass (Pelekat Pas Pelajar) applied for student earlier.
Students are required to attend in courses registration, counseling, and orientation activities in campus. The activities are supported by specialist staff members, student associations, and senior students

In the event that the student turns down the offer of place, all the fees paid are not refundable.
Expenses not stated above but required by the Malaysian Immigration or other relevant authorities are to be settled by the individual student upon arrival. The fees include Student Pass of not more than RM160 / USD 43 ( varies from country to country). Students who enter Malaysia prior to obtaining pass approval will need to pay an additional processing fee of RM 500/ USD 133 and extension fee of RM100/ USD 27 ( if applicable).
Fees above are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice.
Fees quoted in USD are estimates and are subject to currency fluctuation. Currency exchange is based on the prevailing rate of USD 1.00 : RM3.75.
Student has to extend his or her Student Pass before one month expired date. The Extension of Student Pass fee is paid by the Student.
