1. Goal
   1.1 Encourage graduates of Southern College further their studies to university.


2. Applicant must be:
   2.1 Diploma holders of Southern College
   2.2 CGPA must be at least 3.0.
   2.3 Application to university via International Office
   2.4 Application accepted by relevant university, tuition fee of first semester has been paid off.
3. Consideration will be based on:
   3.1 Academic result and attitude towards relevant profession
   3.2 Leadership and performance of co-curriculum activities
   3.3 Family financial status
